Found 5 Dollar Gold Eagle with Tesoro Golden Sabre/   Whites Spectrum
 walked right over it.

I am really enjoying my Tesoro Cutlass 2.  I have made many great finds

ANYBODY OUT THERE HAVE ANY ADVICE OR EXPERIENCE USING A STINGRAY ON
 SALTWATER BEACHES IN WET SAND.

TOOK MY STINGRAY TO THE BEACH YESTERDAY. FOUND LADIES 14K GOLD WRIST
 CHAIN IN DRY SAND. REAL NICE.

#1 Just want to know if anyone has used the bandido "MICRO-MAX"  and if
 so,is it stable in heavily mineralized ground.    #2 Is this dector
 sensitive on small 14kt gold rings.

Found 23 coins with my new Golden Sabra II in one hour! This was the
 first time I had ever used this it! The service at A&S is so great. I
 would highly recomend them to anyone that is in the market for a MD.

I am looking for a metal detector that will assist me in finding   my
 lost arrows.  It does not have to be that sophistocated but strong
 enough to detect aluminum shaft with metal points in mossy and wooded

 I have purchased the micromax cutlass, great machine.  I wanted an
 entry level machine to see if I would enjoy the hobby.  The Tesoro
 line, and micro style is geat. There are other machines  but A&S was
 great with my first selection. This is a powerful unit.

First two coins found with my new Tesoro Golden Sabre II.  1907 Indian
 Head, and less than 5 minuts later I found an 1887 Nickle.  Both coins
 were at 5-6"

I found with my son Nick a Hoard of silver plated Claudian 1. AD  43
 coins I was useing the NEW Lazer B3 and he was useing the Lazer high
 Power total amount of coins was 163.It made all the English papers  The
 British museum are purchasing most of them .They are the best

I am Sicilian. I know many unforbidden places in my region where to
 findi   old coins. In summer time I will spend 50 days in the area of
 Segesta. If   someone is interested he cak contact me. Further now I

Tell me what you think about the Tesoro Pirhana if you have used one.
 Is it any good in fresh water?  How about in dry stream beds?  Or is it
 strictly a salt water machine?  Thanks.

Tesro Piranha is a pulse inductive detector. Pulse inductive detectors
 are used for heavy salt water. stingray II can be used for fresh water
 better becasue it has a discriminatiion.

Pirnha is a simple knob detector as all pulse inductives are, it will
 work in both salt and fresh water, but stingray II has more features if
 it is used in fresh water. You can also try tesoro forum at:

Found Austrian 54 cal. muzzle barrel band at Camp Nelson,KY   with
 Bandido II.Would like to trade or sell same for Bandido MicroMax.

Over the weekend I found an 1856 Large One Cent behind a church  founded
 in 1755.  Will be back for more, was using m\m Sidewinder.  Also  a
 buckle with "RAU  F. CO.      PROV.  R.I.   anyone have any info on the

I am planning a vacation thru Louisiana to Florida, I have a Tesoro
 Bandido MM, could anyone help me with the laws in these states?  Texas
 is very bad about using detectors on any state owned land.  Thank-you.

Any information on the Tesoro for beach side applications (search) would

Stingray II great for fresh water. Found over 30 gold items summer of
